Developed by snowy, is a tracker that logs all of your activity as a moderator within the bot. It will calculate points based on set metrics and cap's to ensure all moderators are properly recognized for their hard work.
Moderators' payouts depends on the tiers they end up on by the end of the month. Tiers are managed manually by the lead mods however points from the stardust program influence whether you move up or down the tiers.
Tier 0 -> 0 Bablos
Tier 1 -> 600 Bablos
Tier 2 -> 1200 Bablos
Tier 3 -> 1800 Bablos
Bablos refer to the in-game currency Bablo Crystals which can be used to buy in-game cosmetics. By default all moderators start at Tier 3 and move tiers based on their moderation activity. A full payout report is announced at the end of every month. Your last month's UID will be used as the payout target unless you manually update it by contacting Snowy.
Points are only used as an activity metric to keep track of a moderator's presence within the community, this is why engagement points are prioritized over moderation points. We do not encourage moderators to spam chat or run commands for the sake of earning points as this defeats the purpose and nature of this rewards system.
You passively earn points for interacting with the community. You actually earn more points for interacting with the community than for moderating! Currently the following are tracked:
Chat Messages in Mod Chat
Chat Messages in Public Chat
Voice Chat Duration (Minutes)
For your points to count, you must use sapphire's moderation commands for the bot to automatically capture the action you've taken.
Modmails Handled (Manual Entry)
Bans
Kicks
